Capsules for Olive Oil

The capsules for the different olive oil packages are developed to meet each customer's requirements, as well as their application and capselling equipment.

These are designed to act as evidence of the tamper-proof nature of the packaging containing your oil, as well as guaranteeing a perfect fit with it, for a visually appealing result.

Olive oil capsules can vary substantially in terms of shape, design and colour. Mechanisms can also be incorporated to allow for better functionality in terms of use, using easy-open systems such as perforations and tear strips.

PVC

PVC capsules are guarantee capsules made up of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) body.

PET

PET capsules are guarantee capsules made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

ALC

ALC capsules are guarantee capsules made up of a three-layer laminated material body (aluminium-polyethylene-aluminium) and an aluminium (AL) top disc.

The decoration of the capsules is achieved by painting the film using the rotogravure process, with a matt or glossy finish, and by hot stamping using foil. These capsules can incorporate easy-open systems using perforations and/or vertical or horizontal tear strips.
