Gas capsules

As a pioneer in creating a solution for sealing gas bottle valves with PVC capsules, and with extensive experience in this type of product, Cápsulas do Norte has a vast and significant portfolio of products in this range.

The bottles and valves for which a capsule is requested are subjected to an exhaustive study to determine their function in accordance with the customer's requirements, always endeavouring to ensure that the capsule acts as proof of the product's inviolability.

The capsule can be fitted with easy-open systems using perforations and tear strips, as well as sequential and coded numbering. This type of guarantee capsule can also be fitted with a lid at the top to ensure the integrity of its components by preventing forced intrusion of the pressure reducer.

PVC

PVC capsules are guarantee capsules made up of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) body.

The decoration of the capsules is achieved by painting the film using the rotogravure process, with a matt or glossy finish, and by hot stamping using foil. These capsules can incorporate easy-open systems using perforations and/or vertical or horizontal tear strips.
