MATERIALS

PVC

PVC capsules are very versatile guarantee capsules in terms of application! With mono-oriented heat-shrink characteristics, they are made up of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) body and an aluminium (AL) top disc. 

 

Main features

  • The PVC film allows the product to be adapted to different models of bottles and jars.
  • The nature of the raw material allows it to be adjusted to diameters with significant variations at the time of capsule retraction.

PET

PET capsules allow great flexibility when retracting the capsule, in terms of adjusting to diameters with significant variations, without jeopardising the capsule's functions. These guarantee capsules consist of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) body and an aluminium (AL) top disc.

 

Main features

  • The nature of the raw material - mono-oriented heat shrink - allows it to be adjusted to diameters with significant variations when the capsule shrinks.

ALC

The ALC guarantee capsules give the product a very elegant and refined look! The ALC film is mouldable by mechanical action and consists of a laminated amterial body made up of three layers (aluminium-polyethylene-aluminium) and an aluminium (AL) top disc.

 

Main features

  • Due to the nature of the raw material, the final result of the capsule gives a very refined aesthetic to the product on which it will be applied;
  • Material for use in certain wine and spirits bottles;

Diverse personalisation, in tune with the integrity of your brand.

  • Rotogravure printing (up to a maximum of 4 colours) and hot foil stamping (two colours simultaneously);
  • Printing and engraving can be applied to the body and top of the capsule;
  • Possibility of using developer on the top disc;
  • Multiple finish options (matt and/or glossy);
  • Possibility of integrating easy-opening systems, using perforations and/or tear tape.
